thanks for updates. So looks like Sw Florida may just get tropical storm vibes. that's fine with me. Just was hoping this stayed out in atlantic.
Right now the GFS has nothing till it gets to the Golf Coast. Then spins up a TS before landfall. CMC has it forming off Carolina coast and then recurring out to sea. ICON looks close to Euro and looks like it eventually goes out to sea from the Carolona coast as well. This storm has a lot to overcome.

Not necessarily - 75% of guidance goes east of Florida, but there's still a chance it forms further southwest or later and goes into the eastern Gulf.

Hi Josh ! Great videos !! We are flying to Puerto Plata Dominican Republic to visit family from July 30-August 13….do we have anything to worry about ? My brother did mention a lot of rain next week after we arrive, but should be fine thereafter. Keep up the good work 👍
